Rutile coated electrode in ELC quality for joining and welding of corrosion-resistant austenitic acid-resistant steels of type 19 Cr/12 Ni/3 Mo of type SS 2343 and similar. The electrode can also be used for welding Nb- or Ti-stabilized steels if the operating temperature is below 400°C. The welding material is resistant to corrosion in connections with e.g. oxidizing acids and cold reducing acids. Austenitic electrode with good welding properties. Calm and even arc, little spray, even string appearance and self-dissolving slag. Austenitic weld metal with 4-8% Ferrite content.

Extra low-carbon stainless steel electrode of type 18Cr 12Ni 2.8Mo intended for position welding mainly of thin-walled pipes. The electrode has a thin casing and can be welded according to the so-called ''drop welding method'' or vertical falling, which is faster. This requires an electrode with very good ignition and re-ignition properties, which makes OK 63.20 very suitable. The electrode is directly adapted for the stainless steels of types 316 and 316L, for example X3CrNiMo17-13-3 (SS2343), X2CrNiMo18-14-3 (SS2353) or corresponding steel according to other standards. The weld metal's low carbon content provides good resistance to intercrystalline corrosion but also to pitting and most types of corrosion in reducing and neutral solutions. OK 63.20 can also be used for welding stabilized steels if these are not to be operated at temperatures above 400°C. /B>

Overalloyed stainless electrode for welding stainless to other types of steel. However, OK 92.26 should be used for welding stainless against heat-resistant steels, for example SS 2116, SS 2218 (10CrMo9-10) at high operating temperatures. The electrode is suitable for bottom strings in the transition between the unalloyed and stainless layers of compound plates. OK 67.70 has excellent welding properties on both direct and alternating current. It can be used in all positions except vertically downwards and in all existing joint types. For horizontal welding in thicker materials, the fast-welding high-yield electrode OK 67.71 can be a good alternative to OK 67.70.

Extra low-carbon stainless steel wire electrode for gas metal arc welding of stainless steels containing approx. 18 Cr, 12 Ni, 3 Mo. Recommended for eg AISI 316, 316L. and 1.4436 (SS2343), 1.4435 (SS2353) or equivalent stainless steels according to other standards. The increased content of silicon leads to better welding properties. For material thicknesses below 3 mm, short arc welding is easier to handle than spray arc welding. Bottom strands in chamfered joints are also most easily performed with short arc welding, while the remaining strands, at least in the case of horizontal welding, can be performed faster with spray arc welding )
